Customer Service Representative
Full/part Time - $11~$20/ hr

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction:

Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and assist with check-ins and admissions.

Provide information about admission prices, promotions, and playground policies.

Respond to guest inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.

Sales and Transactions:
-
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately at the front desk.
-
Upsell memberships, party packages, and promotional offers.
-
Process reservations for birthday parties and special events.
-

Facility Support:
-
Monitor playground activities to ensure rules are followed and safety standards are maintained.
-
Assist with maintaining a clean and organized play area and lobby.
-
Restock brochures, promotional materials, and supplies as needed.

Problem Resolution:
-
Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary.

Manage lost and found items and ensure proper communication with guests about missing items.
-

Team Collaboration:
-
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
-
Support set-up and tear-down for events and special programs.
-

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Ability to work well with children and parents in a high-energy environment.
-
Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.

Basic computer skills (e.g., POS systems, email).

Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
