🎉 Party & Field Trip Booking Policy

1. Deposit & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit (amount based on party package size) is required to secure all party bookings.

  • Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the party.

  • Final payment for the remaining balance is due on or before the party date.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason.

  • If a party is canceled, the deposit cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited toward another service.

3. Rescheduling

  • Parties may be rescheduled one time only if written notice is provided at least 14 days in advance of the original party date.

  • Rescheduled parties must take place within 90 days of the original booking.

  • If rescheduling notice is not received within 14 days, the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Guest Count & Attendance

  • Each party package includes a specific number of children and adults, as outlined in your booking.

  • Additional guests may be added at the current posted rates, subject to space and capacity limits.

  • Failure to attend on the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Arrival & Conduct

  • Hosts and guests must arrive on time for the scheduled party.

  • Candyland Adventure reserves the right to enforce all safety and facility rules.

  • Damages to the facility or equipment caused by guests may result in additional charges.

6. Agreement

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Party Booking Policy.
